At JalenKnits, every beanie is handmade, so we want you to be fully happy with yours.

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn and in original condition.
• To start a return, email us at JalenKnits@gmail.com with your order number.
• Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the item.
• Free returns — we cover the return shipping label.

• Processing time: 2-3 business days (up to 5 during busy periods, since every beanie is hand-knitted).
• Shipping time: 5-8 business days after your order ships.
• Total delivery estimate: 1-2 weeks from order to arrival.
• Free shipping on all US orders.
